    Summary of Position:

    The CKD/ Administrator will be responsible for all service parts build, parts inventories, inventory accuracy, and new product launches. The successful candidate will be familiar with the automotive industry and inventory control in general.

    Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Complete Aftermarket Services as required on a monthly basis at 100% fill rate
    • Assist with FIFO of line material, consignment material, and warehouse inventory
    • Assist with system entry for shipping /receiving
    • Assist in Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
    • Maintain and evaluate inventory of service parts
    • Ensure 5-S is adhered to properly
    • Follow requirements of Quality policy, ISO/TS16949
    • Follow all EHS policies and perform safety audits
    • Follow company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
    • Must adhere to the anti-mutilation policy
    • Other duties as assigned and needed

    Technical Skills Required:

    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have excellent multitasking skills
    • Must have strong ability to quickly prioritize situations and mitigate all issues
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products. SAP experience desirable.
    • Proficient skills in math, reading and writing
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    Working Experience Required:

    • 1+ years' experience in inventory management or related field in automotive manufacturing

    Education:

    • High school diploma/GED preferred

    • Required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
    • Required to use close vision and be able to focus
    • Ability to travel domestic US and/or international if needed
    • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule
    • Ability to work extended hours, overtime, and/or weekends as needed
    • Ability to work inside or outside year-round, exposed to vary weather conditions, temperatures, and insects
