    Job Summary

    Managed team of senior level project managers and oversee implementation of corporate agenda projects.

    Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing

    Drive day-to-day project and program execution.

    Responsible for oversight of project delivery including:
    management of project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, interdependencies and resource tracking for both Agile and waterfall projects.
    Manage team of 5-7 experienced project managers.
    Organize teams across business and technology and facilitate collaboration across functional areas.
    Champion change and support team through both organizational and department level process changes.
    Qualifications – what you need to perform the job

    Bachelor's degree required in business, health administration, computer science or a related field
    Masters preferred
    PMP or other applicable certification
    Experience building/managing Agile teams is a plus
    10+ years of experience managing large scale programs/projects (business and/or IT) and direct reports
    Excellent problem-solving skills
    Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
    Experience with vendor management
    Strong written and oral communication skills
