    Description

    Are you prepared to tackle varied and interesting challenges in a supportive setting? We are searching for an individual like you to become part of our team as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this position, you will get the chance to work on various projects, each with its unique scope and complexity. With the mentorship of our skilled team members, you will have a pivotal role in accomplishing project goals within budget and timeline constraints.

    Your main focus will be on the enhancement and development of products, designs, and processes. From initial concept to final execution, you will be engaged in every phase of the project life cycle, including research, planning, design, testing, and analysis. Drawing upon your training and expertise, you will provide innovative solutions to fulfill project needs.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

    Responsibilities

    • Lead small-scale projects
    • Utilize expertise in one or more technical areas to resolve most production issues autonomously.
    • Establish testing procedures with input from others and subsequently carry them out.
    • With experience in one or more technical fields, create quality expectations and ensure QA procedures are established for compliance with standards.
    • Set up production methods, work instructions, QA matrices, and bills of materials for a specific product or production activity.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or a similar combination of education, training, and experience
    • 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience
    • Experience in one or more technical areas like rubber, fabrication, forming, coatings, castings, or machining
    • Solid project management, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities
    • Proficiency in using manual and power tools

    Compensation: $83,800-125,700 per year
