- Serve as Cyberspace Capabilities Planner in support of the Commander CNMF and a subject matter expert on selection, adaptation, and continuing refinement of cyber capabilities.
- Develop requirements and priorities for capabilities development efforts to support as yet unmet USCYBERCOM operational objectives
- Provide management and guidance on the C2 of all CNMF operations. Supports and enables the development and approval of orders and standard operating procedures, including CNMF Operations Orders.
- Contribute technical and functional expertise and support to CNMF Mission Manager and Fires teams on all cyber capability matters relating to operations with mission partners.
- Perform a broad range of capability analyses and studies entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques and advanced approaches.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- The employee must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft.
- This position has been designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP). Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Army, national security, and public safety.
- Incumbent is required to: refrain from the use of illegal drugs, and if requested, submit to urinalysis testing.

- Incumbent must meet NSA personal security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.

My specialized experience includes, or was supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:
