We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at ProQuest. In this position you will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative and Ex Libris Resource Sharing products for libraries around the world
This position is a multi-functional role, where you will have the

opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with our customers

in support of our industry leading systems like INN-Reach, RapidILL and Rapido.

Your responsibilities will include customer consultation and requirement analysis, system configuration, data analysis, project coordination, and support for post-implementation issues.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Master's degree in library science, or equivalent industry experience
A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
Preferably two years' experience in structured libraries or implementing software in a SaaS environment.

Experience working in a client facing role
Data analysis and technical skills required to successfully configure Resource Sharing systems for libraries.
What will you be doing in this role?
Works with other members of the Resource Sharing Team to provide service and support to Innovative's INN-Reach, RapidILL and Rapido customers
Assists in the configuration of library systems for participation in various Innovative Resource Sharing systems.
Assists in the analysis of data from third-party library systems and profiles to facilitate the participation of libraries using non-Innovative ILS platforms in Innovative Resource Sharing systems
Configures Resource Sharing systems to support Innovative and non-Innovative member library systems
Analysis and remediation of pre- and post-live customer change requests, to maintain optimal configuration and operation of Resource Sharing systems
Investigation and remediation of technical and application support issues reported by both live resource sharing systems and in-flight resource sharing implementations
Depending upon projects assigned, provides basic project management, to include project schedule creation, coordination with customers and internal team members, etc
Serves as the primary point of contact with the customer, when needed
Manages tasks and projects to completion, balancing client and company objectives

This is a

Full time, permanent position with core business hours in your time zone with the flexibility to support global clients in other time zones as needed.

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days on site located at any of our US offices.
