- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking transformation strategy aligned with Iron Mountain's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing ALM services
- Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Project Management: Oversee various transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with predefined objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gain insights, build consensus, and secure support for transformation efforts
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to transformation initiatives and devise effective mitigation strategies to overcome challenges
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation projects. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in supporting the ALM transformation process
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal governance standards
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability throughout the ALM organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in process & project management
- Proven experience in leading and managing business transformation initiatives, preferably within the ITAD or related industry
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in talent development and team leadership.
- Knowledge of ITAD industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
