Position Summary:
The Clinic Triage Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing triage services and health advice to patients over the phone.
The nurse will perform a detailed evaluation of patient symptoms and provide medical advice, as appropriate, regarding the treatment of symptoms and/or recommendation for escalating treatment.
The nurse will collaborate with providers and other various hospital departments, and will follow established procedures/protocols. The nurse will provide quality patient care observing local, state, and federal regulations, while operating within scope of practice.Minimum Qualifications:
