    Customer Service Coordinator

    This position provides customer service support to citizens and employees of the County.

    • Greeting Visitors: Direct visitors to the County website, demonstrate how to navigate the site, and provide information on building facilities.

    The incumbent needs a solid working knowledge of every department's functions.


    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the main telephone line for the County, answering calls during business hours and providing necessary information.


    • Sell GIS maps to citizens as needed, handling cash or credit card transactions when applicable.


    • Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling conference rooms, Xeroxing documents,
      otarizing signatures with key cards for cafeteria access.
      Obtain assistance from phone vendors if an employee is experiencing technical difficulties. Support audio-visual teams in setting up conference rooms upon booking.
