- If you reside within a 30-mile radius of our IL offices, you are required to work a hybrid schedule, working in-person anywhere from 1-3 times a week.
- Assist management efforts with developing the team by providing hands-on support, particularly through training and mentoring, and promoting a productive work environment
- Invest time, focus and attention on training new hires
- Mentor teammates through their career growth paths and professional development
- Identify behavioral trends and coaching opportunities
- Build the team's and individuals' performance excellence and expertise through relevant training content and workshops
- Key point of contact for subject matter expertise and escalations
- Have an in-depth working knowledge of systems, digital and communication tools utilized by the team
- Have thorough understanding of operational functionality and organizational structure to seek out issue resolutions and business solutions
- Partner with Management and Direct Reports, and collaborate cross-functionally, to help support complex accounts
- Liaison between internal operations and sales teams to improve the customer experience, and maximize productivity and efficiency
- Partner with Sales Management, Account Executives, Programs Leadership and Program Account Managers to prepare for and execute QBRs and ABRs for all strategic accounts
- Monitor workloads and workflows to ensure service levels are meeting standards
- Check in at team meetings and 1:1s on workloads and capacities; mitigate by arranging overflow and reallocating resources when needed
- Support Manager with org chart maintenance, team movements, and communication
- Associate's degree, or combination of education and two or more years of experience in a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory level position in a related discipline
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a calm demeanor
- Excellent listening, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Possess and project a positive and professional attitude through outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be a flexible, enthusiastic, and creative team player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Thorough understanding of company systems and processes
