    Responsibilities:
    Provide guidance on EMI/EMC design, ensuring compliance through oversight of grounding, shielding, transmission lines, and filter design.
    Lead initiatives to enhance desensitization of aircraft systems, offering mentorship and leadership to a diverse team.

    Develop, review, and modify EMI test plans, procedures, and reports, identifying opportunities to improve system resistance to the electromagnetic environment.

    Take ownership of EMI/EMC design control in major program Design Reviews and trade-off analyses.
    Investigate and understand interference signal mechanisms, devising mitigation solutions within size, weight, and power constraints.
    Lead advancements in design, testing, and compliance processes within the RF team.
    Define test procedures and requirements, providing training to operators and technicians for flawless execution.
    Foster collaboration by mentoring teammates, sharing knowledge, and facilitating their professional growth.
    Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
    Possess 7+ years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer.
    Have a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in EMI/EMC.
    Demonstrate strong technical fundamentals.
    Lead at least one product through compliance certification.
    Utilize software tools, such as LTSpice.
    Interpret circuit schematics, PCB layouts, engineering drawings, BOMs, cable harnesses, wiring schematics, interface diagrams, layout drawings, and mechanical drawings.
    Experience in product design involving cross-functional collaboration with teams, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Development, Manufacturing, and Production.
