Job summary
The Regional Director of Construction will oversee all non-insurance construction operations including asset management project management and the supervision of superintendents supervisors.
Coordinate with construction project coordinators to ensure the correct management is assigned to projects adhere to all construction protocols project policies and procedures ensure safety service quality on all Cotton projects are maintained at the highest standards coach and mentor your team teaching all aspects of project execution customer satisfaction control costs on all construction related projects on a day-to-day basis monitor gross profit on all active construction projects update constructions status reports provide weekly production updates to EVP manage project managers assistant managers manage constructions schedules ensure timely deliveries assign PMs/APMs to signed PC contracts provide coaching leadership in managing teams staff visit each job site review current progress develop maintain workflows processes for daily operations create training plans conduct performance reviews set goals for operation staff develop review scopes budgets sites safety plans approve contracts vendors suppliers evaluate subcontractor performance enforce safety protocols direct health saftey officers special attention assign staff jobsites ensure cotton OSHA standards met across job sites review work process compliance plans specifications company standards forecast assist vendor supplier payments resolve conflicts involving staff vendors clients assist vendor contracts as needed manage customer service warranty issues handle permit inspection issues.
