- Check patients in and out efficiently, verifying information and collecting payments.
- Answer and direct calls from the front desk professionally.
- Handle scheduling tasks for upcoming provider visits.
- Coordinate billing procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Manage incoming mail and faxes promptly and accurately.
- Perform any other necessary duties to support office operations.
- High school diploma is a must.
- Prior experience in a similar role is required.
- Comfort with handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and cash handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
