Lean Operations Manager

The Plant Lean Manager will spearhead operational excellence across 3 manufacturing facilities by driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency.

1. Spearhead strategies to optimize plant operations and minimize costs.
2. Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other activities to identify eliminate waste.

We are seeking a professional who can develop internal capabilities by training plant personnel on lean principles tools.
A degree in Engineering Industrial Management Operations or related field is required.
