This is a hybrid position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Piscataway NJ Middlesex County. Relationship Bankers deliver an exceptional experience to customers and prospects with a focus on meeting the financial needs of all areas of our community; counsel clients providing needs-based financial solutions actively seek opportunities to expand relationships and are capable of supporting clients in-person or virtually.Responsibilities
- Performs various duties relating as follows:
- Successful Completion of One Bank/One Team/One Brand discipline of collaboration and teamwork in order to achieve bank objectives.
- Well-practiced in policy and procedure in order to protect customer and Bank assets at all times And keeps up-to-date on banking regulation changes to ensure compliance.
- Has high level understanding of Banks products and services including its technology Assists clients with deposit account and ancillary service selections in line with their needs opening them in a timely manner.
- Engages advises customers virtually in order to attract retain and grow relationships Comfortable with proactively reaching out via phone chat or video to existing and/or prospective clients build establish relationships
