    Position Overview

    Lead analytics for Ceribell's key marketing programs maintaining an efficiency and effective reporting cadence to support decision making. Evaluate and develop new data sources and streams to drive greater insight

    What You'll Do
    • Build / maintain the analytic methodologies for marketing programs in partnership with Comm'l Ops
    • Develop new analytical approaches based on market understanding and data sources
    • Identify improvement opportunities in data capture and fidelity
    • Work with finance, ops to develop new reporting and tooling offerings (e.g., ROI on initiatives)
    Measurement of Success
    • Speed of reporting versus key dates (e.g. end of month, conference end)
    • Improvements to reporting / innovation in measurement
    What We're Looking For
    • Minimum 5 years in analytics and marketing
    • Master of analytical tools (Excel, Altyrx) and Marketing platforms (SFDC, Groove, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Highly organized and diligent
    • Detail oriented
    • Able to manage cross functional projects effectively
    • Prior experience in management consulting/banking
    • Bachelor's degree, MBA/MS preferred

    Compensation Range

    $120,000-$120,000 USD
