    A global alternative asset management firm, renowned for its diverse range of investment products and innovative strategies is looking for an experienced Vice President to join their team's San Francisco office.

    Working closely with the head of the department, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, investment teams, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of client-facing objectives.


    Investor Relations:


    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, addressing their queries, providing updates on investment strategies, and facilitating smooth communication with the investment teams.


    Product Development:


    Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop new investment products, ensuring they meet market demands and align with the firm's strategic goals.

    Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product offerings.

    Fundraising Strategy:
    Develop and execute fundraising strategies for various investment products, targeting institutional and high-net-worth investors. Identify new business opportunities and channels for capital formation.

    Client Presentations:


    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to investors, showcasing the firm's investment capabilities, performance track record, and value proposition.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, and legal teams to ensure compliance and coordination in all client-facing activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials for fundraising efforts.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze investor data, fundraising metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Provide regular reports to senior management on fundraising progress and investor engagement.

    You'll have:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with top grades
    Proven experience in investor relations, capital formation, or product development within the alternative asset management industry.
    Strong understanding of alternative investments, including private equity
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to a diverse audience.
    Demonstrated success in fundraising and capital formation, with a strong network of industry contacts and institutional investors.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
