- Qualify and convert leads into successful real estate transactions
- Full access to our CRM system to help you nurture leads, allow for drip campaigns
- Provide concierge service to clients on the sale or purchase of their home
- Host Open Houses to generate Buyer leads helping to grow your business
- Facilitate and service in- house leads and company owned assets.
- Coordinate with mortgage officers and real estate lawyer to allow for smooth transactions
- Have the ability to act as a concierge and promote affiliated services.
- A valid Real Estate License is required
- Must reside in Rosemont IL area (within 50 miles)
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Self-motivation and drive
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver's license and car insurance with the ability to travel by car
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Commission Income: $50K - $250K
