Required Education and Experience:
2 years of grain marketing experience Demonstrates a strong understanding of agriculture and risk management within the Delong Company's territory or identified growth area.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous professional experience with negation and communication skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent agricultural/sales related work experience required.Degree preferences:

Finance Preferred Skills:
General knowledge of agronomy, farm operations, and elevator operations Understand the unique value-added offerings that are provided by the organization Series 3 exam Proficient with technology: computer and mobile devices
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Confidentiality and non-disclosure of customer information is necessary. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and ability to lift up to 30lbs may be necessary. Energetic and self-driven professional with a strong background in agriculture.
Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and flexibility to work in different office settings (traditional and on-farm).
