No direct experience needed. We train from within. You will be surrounded by extremely skilled and great people to learn from. We ask any applicant be comfortable on tall ladders and not scared of heights. We work off of 24' and 32' ladders daily.

We are looking to hire someone that wants to learn carpentry work and become a leader in our industry. We are a small family here and want to recruit someone who values learning , morality , and old school work ethic. If you're looking to learn the art of trim carpentry on high end homes then let's talk. This is a small business filled with huge earning potential when you've proven you have what it takes to be a leader and become extremely efficient.

Must be willing to travel between Dayton, Cincinnati , and Columbus. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional in our field. This position pays somewhere between $20-$40 hourly as a W2 full time position. It's hard to find carpenters in this job market and our company has been fortunate to employ the top talent around.
