Disney Storyliving Sales Assistant Position at Cotino in Rancho Mirage, CA

Disney Signature Experiences is leading exciting new projects and growth initiatives to enhance the Disney Parks, Experiences, & Products lineup. Storyliving by Disney, launched in 2022, will be bringing a new community, Cotino, to life in Greater Palm Springs.

If you're hired for this role, you'll be a crucial part of the sales team for Storyliving by Disney in Cotino. Your main responsibility will be to support the sales operations, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager.

You Will:

Perform various administrative tasks such as managing calls, welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, and handling sales inquiries.
Keep track of office supplies, maintain a clean work environment, and assist in escorting guests.
Coordinate transportation for guests and communicate any concerns to the team.
Assist with various operational tasks including filing, tracking, and maintaining logs.

You Will Have:

Demonstrated experience in handling a high call volume effectively.
A valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well with others and find efficient solutions.
Two years of relevant administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Availability to work weekends, variable shifts, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of real estate and new home sales practices is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is beneficial.

Required Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
