    Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Statewide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator to join our team in our Missouri Regional Office located in Jefferson City, Missouri

    The Statewide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing all quality improvement activities by collecting and analyzing data through audits, interviews and other activities in order to monitor the quality and appropriateness of service delivery for statewide contract. Responsible for implementing Centurion's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of Centurion, federal and state laws and regulations, accreditation standards, and specific MODOC contractual requirements.

    • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field
    • Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or other licensed clinician as approved by MODOC
    • Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes designing and implementing quality systems and knowledge of quality assurance practices and approaches to quality improvement necessary to meet the requirements for quality improvement/quality assurance activities such as evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure optimum service delivery, the meeting of goals and objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards
    • Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for health care delivery.
    • Experience in developing policies or procedures
    • At least 2 years' leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team
    • Must maintain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification
    • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
    • Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable
    • Must have at least two (2) years of related correctional experience or correctional healthcare experience, with a state correctional system
