Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work in acute care rehabilitation at outpatient facility

• 1:1 patient ratio providing individualized care

• Weekend rotation schedule once every 8 weeks

• No call responsibilities

• Holiday expectations include 1 summer and 1 winter holiday

• Time off approval available up to 7 days

• 1-3 days orientation based on comfort level

• Business casual dress code required

• Required certification: BLS

• EPIC charting system experience required

• Skills required include manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait training

• Vestibular training preferred but not required

• Blood flow restriction experience preferred but willing to train

• Treat patients from adolescents to geriatrics with general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical conditions, and general neurological conditions

• Support available from other therapists and PT assistants

• 1 year of experience minimum required

• First-time travelers accepted

This community hospital is a 55-bed healthcare facility that provides comprehensive medical services to the local community. The facility features an outpatient rehabilitation department located 1.5 miles from the main hospital campus, offering specialized therapy services in a dedicated rehabilitation setting. The organization maintains modern technology including EPIC electronic health records and provides a supportive work environment with collaborative therapy teams.
