Enrollment Specialist - Tulsa, United States - Morton Comprehensive Health Services

Description

We are looking for someone to work in a full time temporary capacity to assist patients with the information needed to access health insurance. We are a team of great people with the goal of helping our patient navigate healthcare coverage. Position could last 4 to 6 months.

• Provides information, application assistance, and enrollment assistance in a timely manner, to any customers seeking healthcare coverage.
• Refers customers to other resources, as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Advance level and knowledge of Windows OS 2007 or newer
• Ability to work with patients and co-workers professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to work with close attention to details and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
