    Description
    :

    Key HR Responsibilities:

    Records Management:

    Support HR in managing employment status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

    Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Scanning all documents to employee personnel files.
    Benefits Administration:

    Oversee the claims management and insurance billing for all benefit related items. This would include weekly and monthly insurance billing and payments, invoices for drug screenings and physicals. Also responsible for end of the month balance reconciliation for paid claims.
    Leave of Absence Management:

    Manages leaves of absences with Short Term Disability and FMLA. Processes weekly Disability Payments and provides information to payroll.
    Employee Assistance:

    Assist employees with HR or Payroll related needs.
    Employee Engagement:

    responsible for Employee Appreciation weeks throughout the year.

    Key Payroll Responsibilities:

    This job will spend 2-2.5 days supporting the Payroll department.
    Responsible for processing verifications of employment, inputting prevailing wage data, tracking and issuing uniform payments.
    Will backup Payroll Manager for payroll weekly processing.
    Requirements:

    Associate degree in Business Administration preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Payroll related experience, Paylocity software preferred.
    General Accounting Experience necessary, but not required
    Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented, organized, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
