    This position involves overseeing and managing a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who provide care and support to individuals with mental health challenges or behavioral disorders.

    The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the unit or program, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

    They may also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as therapists and psychiatrists, to coordinate treatment plans and interventions for clients.

    The supervisor's primary focus is on maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and ensuring that BHTs adhere to treatment protocols and best practices


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) or extensive experience with a HS degree
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
    • Strong knowledge of evidencebased practices in behavioral and substance use health
    • Experience in program development and management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the behavioral health program
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to behavioral health services
    • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavioral health staff
    • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
    • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
    • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
    • Collect and analyze data related to behavioral health outcomes
    • Prepare reports and presentations on program effectiveness

    Pay:
    $45, $55,000.00
