Are you looking to join a growing company as a Financial Analyst? First Responder Health is seeking a critical thinker and problem solver to join our expanding finance team The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and strategic decision-making processes. Qualified candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and a passion for making a positive impact in the behavioral health sector. What You'll Do:

Planning and Analysis including the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for senior management.
Cost analysis and optimization to identify and improve operational efficiency.
Revenue analysis and forecasting to identify trends and assess overall financial performance.
Financial systems and process improvement to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

This is an on-site role with the option of working in our Newport Beach or San Bernardino office

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
Solid understanding of healthcare finance preferred, including reimbursement mechanisms and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite similar ERP system.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Fulltime and Onsite position
Monday through Friday
40 hours per week 8 hours days
