    As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department.

    Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing portions of MDS and other documentation.

    Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

    To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

    As a minimum, an unencumbered State of

    Illinois

    RN or LPN license and C.P.R certification. One (1) year of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
