- Ability to produce technical artifacts needed in RMF Steps 1, 2, 3, and
- Operate security tools including ACAS, NMAP, Wireshark, and/or SRR scripts, and perform Security Controls Implementation
- Ability to interact with Software development team, systems administrators and management to resolve security issues
- Ability to support engineering teams as an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE)
- Implement STIGS on LINUX and WIN operating systems
- Conduct root cause analysis of security test failures and make recommendations
- Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (EMASS)
- Detailed understanding of DoD product and approval processes for system Assessments and Authorizations (A&A)
- RMF Steps 1, 2, 3 and
- ISSE roles and responsibilities Experience with at least 3 of the following technologies:
- RedHat Enterprise Linux
- VMWare/virtualization
- Windows client and server
- Routing (WAN/LAN)
- Active Directory
- Messaging services Desired:
- Familiarity with IATS and DADMS/DITPRDON web registration sites
- Familiarity with the SPAWAR RMF Process Guide McAfee ePO tool suite, and experience with VMWare ESX or other virtual machine solutions Applicant:
- Is a US Citizen
- Able to work with and lead individuals to deliver products on time and with high quality Desired Certs and Experience:
- SANS IA certs
- GIAC
- CISSP/CASP
- CISCO CCNP Education:
- Desire Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline plus 4 years of relevant experience, or commensurate experience
- All candidates MUST have at least an active SECRET clearance
- TOP SECRET is preferred
