Position Summary
To promote and sell Weber, Inc. equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Bacon Market Segment Lead and Senior Sales Director in establishing and meeting individual sales goals.
Pursue bacon applications suitable for Weber solutions.
Maintain current knowledge of the Bacon Market and customer expectations.
Understand and effectively communicate Weber's product offering to all levels at the assigned customer's organization.
Follow sales/customer visit process.
Attend trade shows to support the selling efforts.
Manage opportunities and contacts in on a weekly basis to ensure accurate information and visibility into sales activities.
Manage territory/customers like a business; taking into account expense management, advanced planning of travel, effective use of time when at a customer's location to maximize results.
Work with training department to stay current on Weber offerings.Achieve annual activity and sales targets.
Manage sales process from start-to-finish.
Openly collaborate with other members of the Bacon Team

Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple sales projects/priorities.
Ability to prospect and cold call on new accounts.
Must be a self-starter motivated to travel to ensure sales.
CRM experience
Education and Experience
College Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Proven track record of success in capital equipment sales
Extensive knowledge and experience with computers including MS Office
Other Requirements
Current valid U.S. driver's license
Valid U.S. passport or have the ability to obtain one
Must have the ability to frequently travel within North America and Germany
