Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience using Databricks for data science work and possess a strong background in both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques.Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science Statistics Mathematics or a related field Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques including deep learning natural language processing and statistical modeling Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data manipulation analysis libraries e.g pandas NumPy scikit-learn Strong problem-solving skillsand ability to think critically creatively develop innovative data-driven solutions Excellent communication collaboration skills ability effectively communicate complex technical concepts technical non-technical stakeholders Strong attention detail ability work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working collaborative cross-functional team environment highly desirable Real production experience MLOps
Databrick particularly Model registration evaluation Anthropic Model Context Protocol Azure Agent Service Dapr Having built AI Agents integrating those agents advanced reasoning models Integrating Agents home built otherwise into advanced reasoning models AI Platform capabilities implementing constraitns monitoring automated testing etc Preferred Qualifications Proficiency using Databricks data science work including preprocessing feature engineering model training evaluation Apply both Generative AI
traditional AI techniques solve complex business problems optimize processes Solid understanding visualization techniques tools e.g Qlik Tableau Power BI effectively communicate complex findings stakeholders
