    Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) to join our dedicated team. The CBA will play a crucial role in developing tailored behavior intervention plans, conducting thorough assessments, and training support staff and caregivers. If you are a compassionate professional passionate about supporting individuals with special needs, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed assessments of clients to identify behavioral challenges and objectives.
    • Create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on comprehensive assessments and clinical data.
    • Implement and supervise BIP execution in diverse settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and through telehealth.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze data to evaluate the success of interventions and make appropriate modifications.
    • Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and additional team members.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive treatment.
    • Maintain accurate client records and progress documentation.
    • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A strong commitment to working with children and families to help them achieve their goals.
    • Experience in functional behavior assessments and the development of BIPs.
    • Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and professionals.
    • Commitment to uphold ethical standards and pursue professional growth.

    Requirements:

    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
    • Tennessee LBA licensure or the willingness to obtain one.
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different client locations.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Physical capabilities include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
