Peña & Kahn, PLLC, a civil litigation firm, located in the Bronx, is currently looking to hire a number of Bilingual Legal Assistants with strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a welcoming customer service attitude.

Responsibilities might include, but not limited to,

• Client Customer Service
• Answering Client Phone Calls
• Drafting Legal Documents
• Motions
• Medical Record Requests
• Responses
• Data Entry
• File Organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• And much more

High School Diploma or GED required

Secondary Education preferred

Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

The ideal candidate must confidently possess superior interpersonal skills, naturally detail-oriented, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
