We are seeking a Construction Manager - National Construction to join our team You will oversee project management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Managing projects directly, as well as setting up for project managers

Responsibilities:
Procurement of projects - Issue Purchase Orders and Review Scopes
Assemble all preconstruction documents required
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Allocate resources for assigned projects in coordination with Operations Manager
Ensure all project managers are submitting project documents properly and customer deliverables are being met
Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (Minimum 2 Years)

Preferably asphalt and/or concrete experience

Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
