What Will You Need?

• 8-10 years of experience MARKETING TO healthcare facilities within the Pharmaceutical/medical device field
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications required
• Masters degree in marketing, communications, business, and/or healthcare preferred

What Will You Do?As the Strategic Marketing Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading branding initiatives and crafting key messaging and positioning for the assigned division.
• Developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
• Growing GPO membership through impactful promotions and collateral.
• Analyzing business aspects to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
• Developing strategies, tactics, and messaging to support alliances and ensure brand continuity.
• Participating as a member of the Leadership team in all business planning and operating meetings.
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines are met.
• Leading market research efforts to generate key strategic insights and assess market potentials.
