    Description

    Accurate Personnel is looking to bring on a skilled Distribution Center Manager

    to one of the top food distribution companies in the US This role is crucial in

    shaping and influencing the companys entire HR landscape while leading teams

    and maintaining relationships with all employees

    Responsibilities:

    ? Plan warehouse layout and storage areas

    ? Manage financial reporting and production planning

    ? Advise on item care, equipment use, and stock management

    ? Review records for accuracy and stock levels

    ? Schedule inventories and trace item history

    ? Supervise subordinate managers and address workforce issues

    Requirements:

    ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    ? Bilingual in Spanish preferred

    ? Excellent communication and organizational skills

    ? Knowledge of distribution center operations

    ? Ability to lead and manage diverse teams

    Physical Demands:

    ? Lift up to 10lbs

    ? Extended periods of sitting and occasional climbing stairs

    Work Environment:

    ? Distribution center environment with varying temperatures
