- Provide management support for planning and executing the Navy's JNTC training programs in alignment with set standards.
- Offer subject matter expertise on USN's Joint Partner Nation Training Team (JPNTT) and JNTC related to C3F and CSG4.
- Integrate CTF-80/C3F operational-level Headquarters joint training programs into Navy's JNTC training programs.
- Assist in developing and coordinating the JPNTT to fulfill joint and Partner Nation training requirements.
- Coordinate JNTC resources for all phases of the training programs.
- Advise on Navy's JNTC program accreditation, certification, and mitigation processes.
- Provide guidance on the coordination, validation, prioritization, and synchronization of Navy training requirements.
- Collaborate with various groups on joint training-related matters.
- Contribute to the development of the quarterly execution report as per requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of relevant experience (10 years without a Bachelor's degree)
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I or equivalent
- Top Secret / Sensitive Compartment Information level eligible
- In-depth experience in Combatant Command or Fleet level exercise/event planning
- Experience at an Echelon III level or higher
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

The JNTC/PN Fleet Deployment Training Program Support (FDTPS) team is on the lookout for a skilled JNTC/PN Program Support Lead with expertise in Fleet Synthetic Training to join their Norfolk, VA team.
The FDTPS team delivers dynamic, top-notch afloat training to Navy and Marine Corps personnel to ensure a combat-ready force capable of executing a wide range of maritime missions.
Significant focus is placed on preparing Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups as well as Amphibious Squadrons staffs and their supporting forces for deployments to ensure their combat readiness.
