Job Description

Are you ready to take the reins as the technical driving force behind ITsavvy's cutting-edge AI projects? As the AI Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in not only implementing and maintaining AI solutions but also in being a beacon of knowledge and enthusiasm for AI technologies within the team and to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute AI projects efficiently, adhering to the strategic roadmap laid out by the AI Product Manager.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge in machine learning, modeling, and AI to develop robust and innovative AI solutions.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance in the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with the AI Product Manager and other stakeholders, providing technical insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor and trainer within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and passion for AI technologies.
• Lead initiatives to educate clients and facilitate their understanding and adoption of AI tools and solutions.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality AI solutions.
• Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and training in the field of AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) required. Master's degree preferred.
