Complies with bank and investor guidelines in the collection, maintenance, and legal aspects of delinquent and current portfolio and Investor mortgage loans, by supporting the Property Preservation Team and its workflow as part of the CRES Department

Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to borrowers and venders as related to property preservationDrafts memorandums, letters, and other necessary documents as neededPrepares, reviews, and acts on generated reports by CBNA or vendors, primarily delinquent property tax reportsPrepares and or reviews invoices for third party payoutsResearches, tracks, and follow-ups on borrower adherence with paying their property taxesMonitors borrower accounts to minimize bank's risk, and ensure compliance with local municipalities, state, federal, and vendor regulationsSupports management and senior staff with ordering and reviewing of delinquent real estate accounts' inspections, and executing remedial work for accounts to adhere to regulatory property maintenance guidelinesOrders and evaluates appraisals as requested by management and authorized staffConducts/assists with above responsibilities for both portfolio and investor accountsColaborates with department staff to ensure borrowers are properly addressed regarding delinquent property taxesPrepares and mails notifications to delinquent borrowers per investor, guarantor, insurer, and/or bank guidelines, as well as mailing notifications supporting the administrative sectionOther duties as assignedMaintains proficient knowledge of, and demonstrates ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
Ancillary Duties:
As an integral member of the Consumer Real Estate Servicing Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Consumer Real Estate Servicing Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals

Education/Training:
High school diploma or GED requiredA.A. or A.S.
degree preferred with a business field of studySkills:
