- Assists Superintendent-Principal in all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent-Principal
- Assumes the responsibility of the Superintendent-Principal in the absence of the Superintendent-Principal
- Keeps the Superintendent-Principal fully advised of the conditions and needs of the school through established channels
- Reports to the Superintendent-Principal any grievances or problems for which the Assistant Principal is unable to find a solution
- Administrative responsibility for Camino Polytechnic Charter School
- Administrative responsibility for CAASPP Testing
- Administrative responsibility for Human Resources
