    Position Title:
    Associate Inventory Planner

    Reports To:
    Inventory Planning ManagerOverview:Responsible for the strategy and execution of inventory to maximize rent and resale.

    This role owns and drives fulfillment planning, stock rebalancing and reverse logistics to support the full potential and performance of inventory.


    Core Responsibilities:


    Create item level inventory targets based on rental/resale trends, merchandising initiatives, regional/seasonal timing by fulfillment center in order to meet the availability needs of our subscriber/sell through targets.

    Ensure inventory targets support merchandise plan.

    Analyze current trends as well as historical performance to develop strategies to maximize productivity and profitability of inventory in sell off channels.

    Identify regional strategies for seasonal rentals.
    Liaise closely with Inventory Control/Operation Managers at fulfillment centers to build cohesive stock movement and transfer plans.

    Research, troubleshoot, resolve problems with discrepancies in inventory (audit)Pro-actively identify and communicate areas of opportunity/mitigate risk to Inventory Planning leadership and cross-functional team.

    Provide clear summary of analysis and recommended actions with focus on inventory management to drive rentals and profitability.
    Active participant in ad-hoc analysis and seasonal hindsight.
    Additional responsibilities as assigned.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or related field.2+ years related experience, allocation or store planning a plusMeticulous attention to detailA strong aptitude for mathHigh degree of technical proficiency i.e., Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
