- Conduct behavioral health assessments for new patients
- Manage patient psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Coordinate with external treatment facilities
- Identify methods to improve patient outcomes
- Fully licensed LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington
- Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Experience in a team environment
- Mission-driven and motivated to transform care in opioid use disorder space
