    We are currently looking for a Press Vehicle Prep Technician to join our team in Stanfield, AZ

    This role will be responsible for preparation of pre-production and production vehicles used for media events, from initial pre-delivery inspection to applying mechanical and other updates to ensure that the vehicles represent production state when used in the various media events. The technician will also need to interact daily with other technicians and engineers. Evaluation of the vehicles to detect both static and dynamic concerns is required. **MVR required**

    Job Responsibilities – Main satisfiers/duties the position must produce and deliver to its internal and external clients. Always start with the verb.

    Job functions Include but are not limited to:

    • Perform incoming inspection and prep
    • Install wide range of updates to the vehicles including both hardware and software
    • Evaluate vehicle performance via test drives and identify root cause of issues
    • Troubleshoot and repair vehicle concerns
    • Managing vehicle preparation schedules to meet delivery timing
    • Cleaning and detailing vehicles prior to shipment
    • Microsoft Outlook and Excel required (enter data into spreadsheet for tracking). PowerPoint experience a plus.

    Years of Experience:

    • Minimum 4 years' experience in automotive dealership service area or automotive development testing.

    Education

    • HS Diploma (or equivalent) is required. Associate's degree or some college coursework is preferred

    Specific Course/Certifications

    • ASE certification is highly preferred

    Travel Required

    • Ability to work overtime as required including Saturday during peak work loads. Travel within North America to press events (approximately 10% required).
