Description

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner needed for a full-time contract opportunity with Yoh's medical center client located in Chinle, AZ.

This center provides primary care, telehealth, and PTSD care.

Chinle VA Clinic: 5 days per week
Kayenta VA Clinic: 3 days per week
Page VA Clinic: 2 days per week
Polacca/Hopi Clinic: 3 days per week
Tuba City VA Clinic: 2 days per week

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to adult and geriatric patients in the primary care environment

Play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our nation's veterans
Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat diseases and other health conditions
Ability to work Monday-Friday approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm for at least one year

Rewarding position getting to provide care and support for our nation's veterans
Weekly direct deposit every Friday
