- Conduct thorough analyses of manufacturing equipment, identifying potential failure modes and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Lead investigations into equipment failures, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to evaluate the reliability of new equipment and technologies.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on equipment reliability.
