Job summary
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests as Lobby Attendant at our hotel. Enhance the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area.Maintain furniture, fixtures, and decor in pristine condition. Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure an inviting entrance. Keep seating areas organized for guest enjoyment.
Assist guests with inquiries while providing helpful information with a courteous demeanor. Collaborate with housekeeping team to maintain overall cleanliness.
To be successful in this role you need basic English communication skills. This job requires continuous movement including bending lifting and carrying light objects.
