Yes; inpatient rounding with intermittent APP support<\/span>

BC/BE by ABIM in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Certifications:
Completion of an ACGME accredited heart failure fellowship required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Experience:
More than 5 years post -fellowship experience preferred; proficiency in short -term mechanical support devices such as Impella and ECMO required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Other Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team; motivated to support a growing practice<\/span>

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical management of advanced heart failure patients<\/span>
- Round on inpatient Advanced Heart Failure service<\/span>
- Deliver ambulatory care for heart failure patients<\/span>
- Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams<\/span>
- Manage cases requiring short -term mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella and ECMO<\/span>
- Participate in an integrated cardiology and surgical care model focused on comprehensive heart failure services<\/span><\/span>
