Marketing Operations & Sales Development Operator- Bloomington, Indiana (Hybrid – 2 Days In Office)

Media Team AI is a high-performance marketing execution lab building a SaaS platform behind the scenes.
We generate leads, build creative, manage CRM systems, and drive revenue growth for clients, while simultaneously building , our internal software platform that powers it all.
We are building operators. Not coordinators. Not middle managers. We want people passionate about the scoreboard for themselves and the brands they will work with.The Role
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves marketing operations role. You will execute first and manage second. Our talent network & 3rd party vendors are at your service when necessary. We don't sell anything we can't execute, so you won't be put in a position to fail.
You are responsible for:
Pushing creative and campaign deliverables forward
Managing freelancers and specialists tasks in
Building and maintaining CRM automations
Tracking lead flow and closed revenue (M-W-F)
Triggering performance-based billing (Daily)
Ensuring 48-hour creative turnaround (Always)
Forecasting pipeline health (Monthly)
Increasing revenue per client month-over-month
Primary KPI:
5% month-over-month growth in performance revenue per account. You will know how much money our clients make, and how much we make to make this very achievable.
Compensation
Base pay (contractor-to-hire)
5% of performance fees collected on accounts you manage paid monthly
Equity potential after 12 months based on performance.
If accounts grow, your income grows MoM.
Requirements
2–4 years marketing operations experience (agency/multi brand preferred)
Experience managing freelancers or specialists outside of your skillset
CRM automation experience (GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred)
Landing page editing experience
Canva proficiency
Light video editing ability (Descript or Premiere Pro)
Strong AI tool competency (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Own equipment required
Hybrid role. Eastern Time.
