Job summary
The Certified Home Health Aide plays a critical role as a member of the Interdisciplinary Group Team.
You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and perform various services for patients to meet their personal needs and promote comfort.

Qualifications
+- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (applicable for all States, additional requirements for California residents).
- Preferred to have one (1) year experience in community health/hospice or medical/surgical environments
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
