- Start Date: Feb 2024
- Contract Duration: 6–12 months
- Any State license honored at all Indian Health & VA Clinics
- Work Shift: 8 hours, typically from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays.
- This includes two non-clinical half-days for charting.
- Current Resume/CV
- License: ANY State license honored
- BC or BE in Family Practice, Internal Medicine
- BLS Certification
- CV or Resume
- Certifications (BLS, DEA, Residency or Board Cert, etc.)
- (3) Professional references (Name, title, email, contact number, and your relationship with them)
- Security Documents & Offer/Commitment Letter (will be sent later)
- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit every Friday.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
