Are you an organized, adaptable professional with strong management experience?Cornerstone Caregiving
is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors.
With over 140 offices in just under 4 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 37 different states (and counting).You will be responsible for managing office staff and caregivers, overseeing the scheduling and recruiting of caregivers, marketing, and providing general operational and marketing support to the Operating Director.
Location :Jacksonville, Florida
Salary :
$55,000 annually
Responsibilities
:
Management
:
The oversight and support of office staff and caregivers.
Customer Service
:
Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
Administration
:
Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
Marketing
:
Attend marketing and community events, visit referral partners in various facilities, and build relationships through face-to-face marketing.
On-Call
:
Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
We are looking for someone who
